Between the 22nd and the 25th of January, you will be asked to vote for your CSE delegates. The CSE delegates accompany you through the difficulties you may face within the company.
As employee representatives we relay issues you experience to the management , support you in disciplinary meetings and as the social partners of the company,
we will be charged with negotiating the next collective labour agreement in 2026.
Since 1954, the SNPNC-FO union has a long tradition of working to improve workers rights in aviation. Present in all airlines in France, SNPNC-FO has the experience, expertise and influence to help us achieve this goal.
Since 2020 your SNPNC-FO delegates have successfully :
- Opposed salary cuts during the covid crisis
- Pushed the company to comply with French labour laws (extra hours payment, main summer holiday, extra A/L days, extra month of maternity leave)
- introduced the concept of per diem
- bonuses along with wage increases
OUR OBJECTIVES :
- Increase the salaries
- Introduce bonuses (interressement/participation/prime Macron)
- Enforce the right to disconnect during rest period and off time
- Put an end to surprise sectors
- Free yearly basic uniform items (shirts etc …)
- Improve crew room conditions
- Recognition of seniority
- Recognition of effective work hours
